Application;

Designed to satisfy the high temperature fusing demands for collars and cuffs.

Feature:

1. Equipped with the wheels for convenient mobility.
2. Special strip off device facilitates the interlining stripped from the belt easily.
3. Equipped with the belt-cleaning system assures the belts on the best clearness condition.
4. Special-designed table for material feeding and exit gives the operator working at ease.
5. Special belt design keeps the belt balanced in track and extends duration of the belt.
6. The special pressure system ensures the fabric and fusible interlining to be bonded perfectly.
7. Pressure rollers are made by silicone, which ensure the power of pressure giving is stable and equal.
8. It is equipped with auto diagnosis system to monitor the heating system and pressure whether all components are working properly in order to electronic thermostat easily.
9. Individual two-step heating system can be adjusted for various demands. And the micro thermostat can minimize the temperature difference to the minimum.
10. OP-60LN is single pressure system. OP-60LNII is double pressure system.
