Features

1. The feeding area is long-conveyor type, which makes the operators work more efficient.
2. Three separate heating chambers of 9 heaters sets which control the heating method to meet the demand of various kinds of fusible fabrics, and the heating system is controlled by the PID thermostat to ensure the temperature precisely.
3. New OP-100LE is equipped with auto diagnosis system to monitor the heating system, pressure, electrical and belt regulator, whether all components are working properly. And auto diagnosis system will indicate which part is false to ensure the maintenance easier, and more efficient working.
4. The special pressure system ensures the fabric and fusible interlining to be bonded perfectly.
5. The multi cleaning system for belt, to promise the belt working in the best condition, and not giving any effect to the fabric.
6. The cooling system can guarantee the best strength of the bonding and also the permanent of shape.
7. Pressure rollers are made by silicone, which ensure the power of pressure giving is stable and equal.
8. The top strip off and bottom scraper device is to convey the fabric from the belt to the exit but not bring any wrinkle on the fabric.
